- Let the boards soak in water before you use them.
- Lift down the grill grate
- Take off the grill grating and put on the flame-frying set
- Put a piece of foil on the boards under the fish fillets. Thus, the boards stays clean. If you unfasten the support behind the fillets, you can use the boards as a serving tray.
- The best result is reached by using appropriate fire and by frying the fish slowly. It takes about 1 to 1.5 hours to flame-fry a normal-sized fillet.
- The grease cup can be unfastened and cleaned after use.
